Job description:

• Projects managing, optimization, design and maintenance

• Project budget planning

• Creating a work plan during the project implementation phase

• Creating a daily schedule for teams under his responsibility

• Reviewing the results of the work, the implementation and the project budget

• Coordination and resource planning during the project implementation

• Coordinating the work of the project office and the construction service within the company

• Planning and agreement of project deadlines

• Coordination and management of the project team

• Quality assurance of the work carried out

• Regular weekly and monthly project status reports

• Daily communication with users in order to harmonize and contract appointments and the overall schedule

• Collecting feedback from users and forwarding it to those responsible

• Preparation of data for different types of reports, as well as independent preparation of different types of reports

 

Requirements:

• High professional education in technical discipline

• Necessary experience in the same or similar position or an equivalent combination of knowledge and education of at least 2 years

• Advanced knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

• Driver's license B category

• Teamwork, leadership skills, cost awareness and business acumen thinking
